RESET: Guided Breathwork 90mins

A magical 90minute guided breathwork for the ultimate reset at Breathe Meditation NEW DATES: Monday 13th January 2025 Monday 17th February 2025 6pm - 7.30pm Naomi will cover safety, and any effects you might experience during the session. As this is a 90minute session, it's best if you have some experience of breathwork, have attended a Wim Hof Method workshops with Naomi, or attend her weekly breathwork classes. We will begin by letting go of the day, bringing your consciousness to body & breath. And then, ease into several rounds of WHM breathing. The end of the class is pure GOLD.... you will have initiated a parasympathetic response in your autonomic nervous system and feel super relaxed! A breathwork session will: increase lung capacity reduce inflammation boost your immune system reduce acidity in the body give an adrenaline boost produce your happy hormones initiate a parasympathetic response in your nervous system (calm) You may want to bring with you: a water bottle and a warm layer. Mats and blankets will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. Breathwork is best done on an empty stomach... so save your dinner for after! If you have not attended a workshop or breathwork class with Naomi before, please arrive 5 mins early to complete a short medical declaration. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.
