Service Description

Please have a yoga mat (or a non-slip floor). Iyengar Yoga is clearly explained and accessible to all. Yoga will improve posture, build strength, help you to de-stress and lift your spirits. Mobility and flexibility will also improve. Online classes are different from usual class situation as the teacher is not in the room with you to monitor your actions. You are responsible for your own body; gauge the safety of your practice within your environment and personal limitations. It is better to build up slowly than force or strain. If there is any doubt whether you do or don't do a pose at this time do not do. Please tell me and i will offer you a modified or alternative pose. The class is not a substitute for proper medical advice. If you suffer from specific injuries or health conditions it is best to consult your doctor first. In following the sequence you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, that you might incur as a result.
