This will be a weekend of calm and mindfulness to help switch off from our busy digital lives; Morning and afternoon yoga, evening firepit and guided meditations and nourishing food.
Free time can be spent walking and wild swimming in this beautiful setting. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty, and an internationally important protected landscape containing some of the most beautiful lowland scenery in Britain. Or reading with a cuppa in the stunning library room.
Accommodation is in the beautiful Victorian house, full of charm and character, with shared bathrooms. The house sleeps 34, however the maximum number of students will be 16, so you will have plenty of space and there are plenty of bathrooms; some with baths, some showers.
All meals are included. The food will be vegetarian and homemade (any dietary requirements can be catered for). Hot drinks and snacks are available all day. They use as much of their garden produce as they can in the cooking.
